cPanel may affect using Fantastico - 2005-01-10

CPANEL has changed how they are handling php loaders like SourceGuardian and IONCUBE and this will affect users of Fantastico since we use SourceGuardian.

Currently this only applies to servers running the latest edge 9.9.9E37 or later.

Here's how to make sure the transition goes smoothly.

BEFORE you upgrade to 9.9.9E37 or later:

1) This step is only needed if you run 9.9.9E37-E39, otherwise, skip to step 2: If you've followed our directions and created a /scripts/postupcp file, make sure you REMOVE the line containing the checkphpini command.

After upgrading CPANEL:

2) Go into Tweak Settings in WHM, select SourceGuardian as the PHP loader (The third item in the Software section of Tweak Settings). Save changes.

3) Try accessing Fantastico. If you get a SourceGuardian error, run /scripts/upcp again.
